Dear Stephanie,

I am writing to congratulate you on your acceptance into the Academic Studies Abroad program in London this Spring! The program dates are Jan. 14 - May 2. Shortly you will be receiving an Acceptance Packet in the mail, containing an official letter of acceptance, a Checklist of Forms that are due, and info on how to book your flight.

Your time in London will be one of the best of your life, but the time before you depart is often one of the most stressful. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call Lee or me at 888-845-4272. Our job is to answer your questions, so don't be afraid to ask them!

I'm looking forward to having you on the program and showing you the country that I fell in love with when I was in college.
